1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or placing an order with Furniture For Future, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Products & Availability
Product availability can change. Furniture For Future sells new mattresses, new and pre-loved beds, bed frames, bed bases and selected bedroom packages. Product descriptions, condition notes and availability should be checked before purchase, especially for pre-loved items.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Website prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Available payment options may include online card payment and eligible pay-after-delivery or Cash on Delivery arrangements.
- A deposit may be required for selected large, special or pre-order purchases.
- Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.
4. Orders, Delivery & Pickup
- Local free delivery is available in selected serviced areas. Paid delivery may be available outside the local free-delivery area.
- Same or next day delivery may be available for suitable local in-stock orders, subject to availability and scheduling.
- Eligible deliveries may include room-of-choice placement and free assembly.
- Pickup is available by appointment. The pickup address is provided after the arrangement is confirmed.

5. Returns, Warranty & Consumer Rights
- Eligible new items may be accepted for change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery when they are unused, clean and in resellable condition, with original packaging where applicable.
- For a new mattress, the protective plastic must remain intact for a change-of-mind return.
- Second-hand and pre-loved beds or bed frames are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Different warranty periods apply to new bed frames, new mattresses and second-hand bed frames.
- These store policies do not exclude rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Contact Furniture For Future as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
- Delivery, return, pickup, cancellation or restocking costs may apply where stated in our current policies.
- Approved refunds are generally processed after the item has been collected or the refund has been approved, using the appropriate payment method where practical.
7. Privacy & Website Use
Personal information collected through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use website content in a misleading or unlawful way.
8. Accounts & Security
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- Please contact us if you believe your account or order information has been accessed without permission.
- We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, orders or the website from misuse or suspected fraud.
